Victor Clark is a veteran of the fresh foods industry with more than 25 years of leadership experience and a proven track record as a turnaround specialist working with large international companies such as Del Monte Fresh N.A. to strategic roles with several business startups.  

He has held roles as Director of Operations and Managing consultant in various markets, exceeding revenue expectations within a 1–3-year period.

While at Country Fresh LLC, Clark led one of the company’s small Texas business models to a $26 million growing revenue of over 60% within three years.

Victor Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Prairie View A&M University and several food industry certifications.
